The room is a part of the Main Building rebuilt postwar, in 1952. This impressive room, with a uniquely shaped ceiling reminiscent of a ship’s hull, leads to a veranda whose wide, opening windows give expansive views of the ground floor garden. Windows in the adjoining deep shoin study share this view and allow the daylight to stream in. Partially renovated in 2021. *This room may accommodate a child over 12 years old.
